The
Vision - Pentecostal Square
The
vision that God gave to Elder Ellis for First Pentecostal
Holy Church coincides with what Christ taught His disciples
according to Matthew 25:35-45. In this passage of scripture,
our Lord and Savior makes it clear that our love of God
is expressed through our treatment of others. Providing
for the needs of others is one of the greatest ways we show
love for our Heavenly Father.
"Pentecostal Square" has a holistic view. We want
to provide for the whole man; spiritually, physically, and
emotionally. The vision is all-inclusive; caring for individuals
through every stage of their development; from infancy through
old age. The vision is not only for our congregation, but
will impact the surrounding community and the entire city
of Chester. This vision will provide housing for the elderly,
health care, counseling, educational, and recreational facilities
for all ages.
All of our members are strongly encouraged to catch the
vision and become as involved as possible, giving their
time, energy, and resources to make the vision a reality.
